Caim & Able is the brainchild of me, Michelle Matthewman, I studied Botanical Medicine in 1996 and further developed my learning of healing the human body at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida.

I have extensive knowledge of traditional plant medicine and am passionate about healing the body with a 'food as medicine' ethos. The entire C&A product range has been formulated using only natural, proven and potent ingredients,  chosen specifically for their therapeutic benefits.
