We are so proud to introduce our refill return program!

In our efforts to reduce the environmental impact on our earth, we are implementing a zero waste cycle through our Refill Return program. This allows you to send us back the Bath Salts or Body Scrubs refill packs to be refilled. That's effectively zero waste. 

How it works:
  1. You simply post us back your used refill packs.
  2. Include your name and email address as we will record you as a member of the refill return program* 
  3. We sanitise them.
  4. They are given a new life amongst customers who are participating in our refill return program.
*When the packs come back into the office, we will record you as a member of the refill return program, and opt you in to receiving batch sanitised refill packs that are on their second or third life.
If you'd like to be involved, all you need to do is start sending us back our refill packs either in a reply paid envelope provided by us, or your own.
For efficiency purposes, post at least one bulk, or four small refill packs in every envelope.
Make sure the packs are clean and dry with the ziplock closed to prevent leakage in the post.

COVID-19 Health and wellness have always been a top priority at CAIM & ABLE, and these values are especially important as we navigate times of uncertainty. With COVID-19, we are more committed than ever to protecting the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community.

Know that we are in this together, here with you, thinking of you, and keeping the interests of our entire global community in mind. We are confident that we will make it to the other side of this challenge strong, resilient, and healthy.

How is CAIM & ABLE keeping production and shipping facilities sanitary?
We take COVID very seriously and hygiene is a top priority. We are doing the following, which includes:

  • All door handles and common areas in our workspaces are thoroughly sanitized several times a day.
  • Frequent hand washing and sanitizing is mandatory, as are protective gloves.

  • All staff members have self-quarantined for at least two weeks before working, regardless of whether symptoms have been present or not.

  • No staff members are allowed to take public transportation into work, and are instead asked to use their own or our provided means of travel.

How will this impact my order?
  • With these increased safety measures, please expect delayed shipping timelines, with up to 3-4 business days to process your order. Know that we are doing our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Why is my shipment delayed?
As shipping providers and delivery systems are facing massive strain, your order may take a bit longer to arrive once shipped. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, CAIM & ABLE is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.

How can I cancel my order?
At this time we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed, but you may go through the returns process once the package is received. We offer free returns within 30 days so you may return the package when it is convenient for you.
