I'm looking for someone to come and join my team that also has strong social media management skills. I need a confident, well organised and flexible admin all rounder with a genuine willingness to provide administrative support.
* Content creation and design
* Creative graphics
* Daily engagement with social platforms to build brand awareness
* Daily interaction with existing and potential customers
* Follow up leads
* Handling any emails
* Daily correspondence with customers (and a few more daily activities)
* Canva skills are essential
This is an opportunity to support the Director of the business with a range of tasks to achieve business objectives - from administrative, documenting and office support, coordinating production schedules to assisting with communicating information to clients and assisting in a broad range of other activities.
I need you to be:
Highly organised and time-efficient
Have experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Email - Gmail, Facebook and Instagram.
Have a professional and considerate phone manner.
I would absolutely love someone nearby to be to work side by side with me, I am based in Willoughby NSW
For this part time role we can be flexible with the hours/days of work, with approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility and potential to grow. Please include your preferred work schedule in your cover letter.
